  • To the cleaning crew at Stoddard Wells...

Thank you. I unfortunatly had to work. While I use the area during HDR and try to do my part and pick up trash, your extra efforts are truly appreciated. It’s folks like you that reinforce why I enjoy belonging to Jeep groups such as MJR. Your efforts help to keep our trails open. It shows we care.
I do try to help when I can, however prior commitments kept me from joining you this time. So, I owe some time to the next Adopt A Trail outing. Please count me in on the next clean up.

It was great!!! Yes, I made it up there thanks to my bil, who let me borrow his truck to get up there. I spent the day with friends of mine (not MJR). There was a great turn out up there and the IE4WD Club had excellent hot dogs for lunch. Plus, I was there on a sprained ankle!!

Anyway...kudos to everyone that made this event VERY successful! Over 300 people showed up and filled FOUR huge dumpsters and made piles and piles of trash on top of it!

On Sunday, 9 of us ran Achey Breaky...and had alot of fun dodging the oncoming high speed racing trucks practicing for the race next weekend thats going to be out there! "INCOMING!!! GET OFF THE TRAIL AND OUT OF THE WAY!"

The wind picked up pretty hard on Saturday night...we had 6 people asleep in the motorhome, in beds and on floors. We watched Nagals new video about the 52nd Rubicon Jeep Jambo...and another Vintage Jeep Jamboree video. Boy is it nice to have a motorhome to hide from the wind and cold in!

We need to start planning our next AAT run!
