      Did you have to do a special compile of Qmail for courier IMAP? At this point my server is all up and running except for Apache (just havent done it yet) and WAP (need to buy a wireless nic that will work with FreeBSD 5.4, the Netgear one I have refuses to play) and I am tired of compiling

      Here is some more geek lingo

      # cd /usr/ports/mail/courier-imap
      # make
      # make install
      # make clean
      # echo "nlm mln"

        I'm running it on Gentoo linux. Let me consult my guy who compiled the mail server and get back to you.
