  • Got a job!

Well, I can officially say that I am using my college education... I have landed a job with a small firm in Santa Ana (6 mile drive to work) as an environmental planner. Oh, and I have to go out to job sites on fire roads to do mitigation and environmental impacts, and I get paid to wheel! I will be doing alot of travel on somedays, and when I am in the office, I have the back corner office with french doors looking out on a small pond and fountain... nice!

            NIce sounding office
and wheeling for a paycheck, now that sounds cool
I think that beats standing around all day telling people what to do.
            nah, I like it

so if you get to use your Jeep for the wheeling while getting paid part, does that mean you get to write lift, tires and all that off on your taxes ?

...got a chance to see that hot frosh Kariya play when I was "Down East"...Black Bears...nice team, but still don't hold up a candle to the Big Dawgs of Hockey East, the Terriers .

Having said that, Black Bears were a lot better than those ECAC pantywaists at Harvard

BTW, congrats on the job! If you get 10-99'd for pay, you can definitely write off your Heap!
