We had a great day for the birthday, we stoped at the fish market in Ensenada and I bought a few Langosta. that night camping among the scrub pines at around 5000 feet we grilled them up and washed them down with ice cold Pacifico.
THen next day we had a blast going over the spine of the Jaurez mountains and heading down to the lakebed, and man was the lake a mess.
sunday morn as we were running north toward the border we saw a few 4x4s stuck and abandoned in it, I am wondering if the owners will get back before they become a auto supply stop. I was amazed we only had one breakdown because we had a few older cj's. and that was fixed real quick, we bolted on a peice of metal and let the spring fend for itself.
didnt have much movement left, but it got them home. killed all the cordless batteries we had drilling though.
