This guy was sliding upside down as he crashed into another car on the freeway. Amazing people just walk awy from these things. Guess what kind of vehicle and get a cookie.

Jimmy, Blazer they are the same damn car with a different name plate. Hell some people put Lexus name plates on Toyotas. They are all the same thing to me.
Looks Like A Totale To Me. Hope The Owner Wasn't To Atached To It. How Much Over Thresh Hold?
Nah, around here, depending on what year it was, teh insurance companies have been fixing vehicles that frames are twisted and all that good stuff....they figure it's cheaper to fix the vehicles instead of totalling them out. I know the guy at the local GM dealership here that gets to do all the wiring and stuff on the new frames...he loves it

Twisted Frames Arent Bad. But If The Car Needs 2 Structual Rails The Ins. Companies Out Here Will Total It. I Have A 2005 Honda Civic In Here Right Now With 5 Miles. The Frame On It Has A Mash On One Side And A Sway On The Other. And The Ins. Totaled It.
That one will be totalled on body damage alone. Don't forget to figure in the low resale value of the S-10's, and the fact that they are no longer produced.

I Would Have To Agree Tear It Down And Call The Salvage To Come Get It.
Nah....it has the 4.3l v-6, a 4L60E tranny, the np233 tcase is junk, and the 10 bolt rear end is junk....but it would be a good place to start for a buggy drivetrain.....fuel injected v-6, auto tranny that has proven very reliable, PCM, all associated wiring, *decent* seats, steering column, pedal assy.,....it has potential uses. Only problem would be if you wanted to run a dual t'case set up....you would need a external tranny controller or it wouldnt' know when to shift while in low-low, or hi-low....
