Where did you hear about this? Last I heard the Gov. said no way to the listing of cell phone #'s.

AZ has the same deal that igofshn mentioned. Although it wasn't the governor, it is the cell phone providers that are refusing to give up the phone numbers. That is a good thing IMO.
