refining text

how do i refine the text on my monitor? it is kind of choppy..
i have a flat pannel monitor. just redid my computer, ans it is just a bit choppy.
anyone?

i got it worked out. the www.techtv.com message board is pretty helpful!




Right click in some blank space on your desktop
Choose Properties
Choose Apperance tab
Click Effects button
Set Use the method to clear text

i can actually see pretty well.. the text was just very choppy, and displeasing to the eye.
try these steps on your computer [if you have xp] and see what you think... i'll bet you like it
