Anyone here happen to have a "Lisle" broken spark plug extrator tool you wouldn't mind renting to me? I need to change the plugs in my '06 F-150 and I've read that this a great tool to have handy. The plugs are a 2 piece design and a bad one at that. Ford even issued a TSB on it and the tool they recommend in the event of breakage is a Rotunda special service tool or a Motorcraft PM-3 tool with long reach pliers.
A portion of these plugs in the head get exposed to 100k miles of carbon and if you don't soak them well enough they will break in 2 while trying to pull them out. Sometimes they just break anyway.
