Got this email from the Forest Ranger in charge of the the adopt a trail program:

Subject: why you never ride alone
[COLOR=#221E1F]Coroner case # 701207355 – On 10-20-12, at 1:07 PM, a male in a severe state of decomposition was found pinned underneath his quad which was located in a remote open desert area (Laguna Seca Drive and Wren Road) of Apple Valley. When the decedent is positively identified and family is notified, the name of the decedent will be released to the public. The CHP is investigating this fatality along with the Coroner.
