That happened on the way home from the '06 Rubicon trip. We were coming the Grapevine towards L.A. and I spotted all this smoke from the back of his truck. Since he was towing my heep I figured it was best to let him know. We pulled over and this is what we found.

I think that photo was taken as the tire was being lowered.
We were talking about this little incident a month or two ago and I thought the picture was never to be seen again. I found it looking through some old files. My camera was unavailable at the time or I would've taken some of the smoke. You almost thought the truck was on fire.Comment
