        I noticed his girlfriend survived. I wonder if he was wearing a seat belt.

          More often than not most deaths or severe injuries occur because somebody didnt wear their seatbelt. Click it! or get a toetag ticket.

            CHP reports that both were wearing seat belts. No word on whether they were working properly. He was haulin butt apparently.

              I was trying to find out about this yesterday. Seems he may be one of my students. One of the instructors had mentioned a group of students talking about it.
