2nd Annual Shake-out Fair in Apple Valley

There is going to be a Shake Out open House. This is for all emergency types and it will be very informative. Many displays will be set up. Food, emergency supplies, radio equipment, Red Cross etc. Last time a CHP helicopter landed and let the kids look at.

It is being sponsored by the A.V. Fire Dept, St. Mary's Hospital, the AV LDS Church and some other local organizations.

They will be selling 72 hour survival kits for $10.00 each.

This is at the LDS church on Tuscola Rd.in Apple Valley.They will have all kinds of kid programs and a BBQ as well as all the emergency gear that our First responders use.I will be there with our Hospitals decontamination setup.To get there go So. on Apple Valley Rd.from Hwy 18 and take a right on Tuscola Rd. you can't miss it.

Found out they are doing a Bike raffle also,St.Marys Hosp. got two mt.bikes to put up.Got my tent up today and we are running the portable AC for the scouts in it.
