Ok, if any of you fat bastards wanna stretch your legs and see some awesome sights in San Diego area, Actually it's more near Poway, you gotta go check out the Ramona Water fall Trail. Here are a few pix. PM me for directions. The last two are videos

Theres a water fall in Cucamonga caynon somwhere never seen it in person but pics can be found on the web. It my understanding its quite a hike to get to it also.

cucamonga falls is garbage. Been there a number of times because I used to live off Foothill and Archibald. Broken glass, dead animals,trash, and gang bangers love that place.

That trail looks wide enough for a Jeep or at least a dirtbike!!!

The trail is about 4.5 mile round trip. The return is all up hill and is quite the work out. The hiking trail is gated and has several washouts so no Jeeps. We were there last weekend and on our way out we did see a full size truck parked at the bottom. So there is some way to get there in a vehicle. Just need to find it on Google Earth. Kevin is right. It is a super awesome hiking trail.

I found out today that there is a jeep trail that goes on the backside of the waterwall and you will have to hike 1/4 of a mile on foot to get to the falls. http://www.totalescape.com/outside/h...-diego-trails/ has info on it but it says its an "old jeep trail" so I'm not sure if it's a trail that is still used. would be nice.

Well, I'm recovering for a herniated disc in my back and I'm probably 15 lb overweight. Getting down the trail isn't hard and once you exert all of your energy having fun at the falls and start back up, I wont lie, it's a workout. It's not an asskicker per se though. The roads are well maintained and the switchbacks are a mild incline.
