• Taking the row boat out

Well in celebration of the first day of sunshine after our long lengthy rain storm here in the high desert some of my younger neighbors decided to take the row boat out and enjoy some sun.

Funny thing was,... this is at a very small local park here in Apple Valley that was very well filled with water due to our nice radical storms over the last week.

I think I've been by this park when it was dry...this is sweet!
Is the park a water reservoir or something?

...LOL... NO it's not. Nick, the park sits dug down and is grass for the most part with a small play area. It got filled up with water due to the rains and is actually four feet deep or more in areas. It is located in A.V. off Rincon rd. corner of Ochoa and Tuweep tr. in a housing track area.
