While i am stil looking for a jeep i checked out a 99' at a dealer. it had 50K miles, 5 inch lift, 33"s. 5spd in perfect condition. every thing on this was clean. they were asking $18,900. i couldnt believe it. i went home and checked out the blue book and that only came to $14K. only a thousand more than what it says for my 99 rav 4 (its 4 sale contact me if you need a daily driver ) What are every one elses thoughts on dealership rip-offs?

Dealerships are fine if you want a new jeep, but why pay their markup + tax for a used jeep? You can finance a used car through virtually any bank or credit union, don't pay tax through a private party, and you eliminate the middle man to boot! That leaves more $$$ in your pocket for mods.
olllllllo <--- If you can read that, roll me over!

Price is soon forgotton, quality is not.
