Are there any UFC fans on here? What are your thoughts on the heavyweight fight?

Been watching for a few years . . . don't follow it as closely as I did in the past. I'm not sure if Brock has had enough time in the sport to master all the different submission defenses, so a highly skilled submission guy could still pose a threat even with the size difference, but he does seem to be getting better each time and he's just so massive and strong that once he does learn how to defend, he'll be amazing. Brock is like a mac truck so Velasquez better have one heck of a game plan. Then again there's always the good ole' kick to the dome which has been known to crumble even the biggest guys. I would put my money on Brock, but I think Velasquez has a slim chance if he can get off an early shot and can KO him or if can catch him off guard with some nutty submission early on. I think Brock will take him down, use his strength to defend, and end up reigning down on him and it'll be over.

There has been some discussion about Velasques's plan being to hit and move. He sure as hell doesn't want to get caught by that animal. I was fortunate enough today to be at the weigh in and see them both face to face and up close. Brock is a monster.

Personally, I have never been a big fan of him because of his cocky attitude. That hasn't changed today. I hope to see Valasquez come out on top.

Definitely! If he doesn't get one of those lucky shots/subs in the beginning then his only real option is to hit and move and try his best to stay away from Brock and maybe get lucky and catch him on the button. Like you said, he sure doesn't want to get caught by that animal! Cool that you got to go to the weigh in . . . especially with the heavy weights they are like giants, and Brock makes most of them look like ants! I got to see Chuck vs. Randy #2 at the MGM back in the day . . . was a ton of fun.

It was pretty incredible to see that beast Brock dropped like a rock. He really got his ass handed to him out there.

I could not believe the fight didn't even go 1 round.
Brock charged in and wore himself out too early and got his butt kicked.
Cain is a force to be reckoned with, taught Brock a li'l lesson.
I'd like to see a rematch between these two.
