EDIT: Looks like they issue permits for 7 weekends per year... is that unlimited number of applicants that can go through for those 7 weekends?

I believe 15 rigs per permit. The catch is the insurance required for the permit. Were trying to get that dropped. But now its going to be harder. Theres some management changes, women now are in that position. Not sure how thats going to go....
