my cousin suffered major head injury much the same way when he was in the back of a pickup in the early 90's back when people were allowed in the back. City of chino, ca. hit a pot hole and out he went. He was mentally messed up, on antiseizure meds and about a yr later took his own life.

Not safe being in the back of a truck. I dont even like my dogs back there. Looks like the Philippines.

Doesn't look like a security camera because of the zoom and it didn't look like they swerved to miss something.
I hope it was an accident and not something done for the camera gone wrong. Normally when I see these kind of videos, the camera person doesn't just stand there and film the aftermath. I grew up in Glendora, In high school we would go to Azusa canyon. I've seen a number of people bounced out of the back. This video is the worse though.
