It snowed this morning in Lucerne Valley! I'm at 3,600 ft. and the white stuff was coming down. It's May 23, 2010. It's snowed this late before but it is very rare. I wonder how the global warming cult members will explain this one...

Windy as hell in Lakewood. Packed 3 planes to fly today (field is in Chino Hills) - buddy called me this morning and told me they were clocking 18 mph steady - gusts into the high 20's (and across, not along the runway)
