Another day at work (cleanig up DUI's)

I drive a wrecker and we work with CHP and on the 405 and Mulholland we got a call on a rollover.

He was transported by paramedics.I got no sympathy for him, he was awake but drunk. He'll live to get a court card from the judge to go to a few AA meetings. Hopefully he'll learn something. There was a baby seat in the vehicle. Thank God his kid was'nt with him.

No "header crater" on windshield.
No passenger space intrusion.
No extrication cutting.
No loss of consciousness on scene.
Driverside airbag deployed.

He'll live, but he probably won't learn. Were there open containers in the vehicle?

No open containers, but he had a bunch of martial art equipment to include a black belt with his name on it. The officer said that and the fact he was drunk probably saved his life. My camera died before I could take any more shots but the vehicle went up an embankment and rolled a few times.Only one tire was'nt flat. 2 wheels were completely ripped off there axles.

the scariest part is that there are people like that in this world! no matter how good you are, you always have to watch out for "the other guy."

Dont know much of the details besides it happened on the autobhan in germany at around 140MPH. I cant see how someone could servive such an accident. I am curious as to how they get the remains out. High volume vacuume maybe? :confused:

Another weekend. This guy could'nt wait to get his tags to celebrate. Driver also claimed "mystery driver" cut him off.
