Well, that might stop those people who I see all the time driving left foot and right foot going down the high way. We have all seen them. Doing 70mph in lane #1 and the brake light is one.
Sad part is laws are sometimes (I use that word lightly) need because people out there are idiots. How many times have you seen your buddy do something you thought it your head WTF? Well, you didn't say anything, but half a dozen people saw it and thought the same, and now we have a new law. Next time, just smack your buddy in the head and say WTF were you thinking? I don't want that to become a law for someone to enforce
