Sonic Boom

Did anyone else get rocked by the shuttle landing at Edwards? Damn sonic boom about scared Ozzi out of his fur.

Hell ya. It was two loud booms that sounded like the roof was coming down.

I was working late and must have been on my drive home. What time was this? I love it when the Shuttle lands at Edwards.

I saw all the folks waiting along hwy 58 near Edwards air force base so I figured it was landing here

Last time I saw the Shuttle land was back in '94. I saw the launch launch while on vacation in FL at my wife's grandmothers house. Flew home and saw that the landing was scheduled for the same week. A buddy and I drove out to Edwards to watch the night landing of the same mission.

I went down stairs to the garage to see if my crazy neighbor crashed into something. After seeing no damage in the garage, we just assumed that she took a spill upstairs and rattled all the windows as she's not the most petite woman if you know what I mean. Too bad it was a sonic boom.
