I had both and I vote Direct TV. Although, I do have Charter now (it's free). But, out of all of them FIOS is the best hands down! Second is Direct TV.Comment

had direct, lousy service, could not keep an appointment.
switched to dish, same package is 20 percent cheaper and great service. going on 5 years with dish

I couldn't be happier with Direct. It is a great company - I live out in the middle of nowhere so no FIOS or cable to comment on.SBCO Fire Dept. CERT volunteer

Mother-in-law has FIOS as does a buddy. Wish I could get that.
Never had DirecTV.
Have had Dish Network for 5 years without any complaints. Or hidden fees.
