  • Repairs finally done

    Been needing this done since Jan. and finally got it done last Mon.Lf.Fr.pivot joint rebuilt,control arm bushing repaired,and old slag removed.May be old but still got a lot good miles left,soon as I can I'll be out to play again.

    What are you doing Saturday??

    Mitch has a run planned. We're meeting at 8:30 at the Valero Station in Downtown Beautiful - Bountiful Lucerne Valley.

          Wish I could Roger.It's my Lf. shoulder I'm talking about,Pain pills are great.Doc hit me with a jack hammer and sawzall but fix it he did.Needed this since late Jan,2 more months and good as new.

              Have a great doc for this Scott.He's worked at my Hosp. longer then me and everyone recomended him.Punched 3 holes in me and said he got it all done same time,so good to go in 2 months seeya then

                    When you you are ready to make the repairs to your Jeep give me a call. Im no rocket surgen, but I can turn some wrenches.

                          I'm in too--just give some notice, cuz it's a little drive. As soon as that shoulder is ready, start doing some physical therapy, even if that means just doing some calisthenics at first; then start lifting some dumbells. I've had some experience with sports injuries, including a dislocated elbow that took years to heal to 100%...but it healed, cuz I didn't show it any mercy with the weights.

                            Didn't understand the thread at first, but now I do.

                            Take it a day at a time...trails and rocks will still be there when you are ready to Rock & Go!!

                              I had the whole shoulder thing done 2 years ago, not being able to do anything with my arm drove me nuts.
                              Work hard in therapy to get full use and range of motion back. The first few days smart pretty good after that it's not to bad
