  • I didn't need this!

Well I was one block from home after golf Monday night and Blam, I didn't see a car as I crossed Main St. Being un-employed and running out of money this was about the last thing that I needed. I might need some help on the "Pick a Part" thing. I have never been and looks like that could be my only affordable option.

Daylight will bring a closer evaluation. Engine is fine, tore front bumper away from the front, lost all coolant and power steering fluid, head light assy, drove it home with just a wrestle of the steering wheel.

Pt cruiser was spun around with a little damage in the rear, Driver sore back taken to hospital to be checked out.

Greatt88 is not a good daily driver! My first accident ever!

Not sure it will help because I am in Oceandside. But when you find a new bumper I can get it painted for $100. Also if you are having trouble finding the parts I know a few yards in Chula Vista. What kind of car is that? 00 Dodge Stratus?

The big question is how well did you golf? Just kidding. Let me know if i can help. I'm down the hill every day if you need any parts picked up anywhere in L A or Orange Counties. Company truck and company gas so no problem.

            Well,

After the confusion of last night, I called Allstate this morning and was reminded that I added collision to my car policy. The car was given to me and not worth a whole lot, but I made the adjustment last Nov after getting laid off and losing the Company car. So $500 deduct and off to the shop. Thanks for all of the offers and PM's.

And Clay, I did golf rather well for me, even had a couple of pars!
