I always liked the whole sue Napster thing. Not because I've never pirated anything before, or stand behind the DMCA, but because I was bitter.

I'm a computer geek and in my computer infancy I was using IRC to download MP3s and I was teased/made fun of in middle school for this. People would laugh... "hahaha... m-p-3... hhaha.... download.... you're a geek". They didn't know what mp3s were and couldn't care less. Then napster came out and everybody (my mom included) was downloading these crazy things called mp3s. All of a sudden what I had done for years was the coolest thing since sliced bread... damn you Napster!

At least Napster didn't sue you for your piracy! trust me, it sucks to be sued for intellectual property b.s. because so many of the laws are vague and the territory is 'uncharted'.

Pre-ordered it and left IDTT early to get it! I agree. It is by far my favorite GH/Rock Band game. Not *only* because it's MetallicA, but 99% of the songs are AWESOME. Even the best setlist on the other games consist of only about 75% awesome with about 10% good and 15% crap. Glad you're rocking out to it as well!
