Selling my Truck-Lancaster, CA

Well, on Christmas Eve Eve I was enjoying my drive home and as I came off the off ramp steam started coming from the exhaust pipe.

Blew a head gasket - 185,000 miles on her. Well, the paint is good, the interior is good but I don't want to spend the money to fix the ole girl up. So, if anyone local is interested I'd sell her for $1500.00. Runs still but steam coming from the exhaust. Ran like a top before. No dents, 3 scratches and a black mirror paint job.

I just picked up a used 2001 Silverado Extended cab, I was planning on getting an extended cab anyway so this was just the excuse to do it.

I paid about 12k for it.

I enjoyed that truck...and yes, it does drive nicely

I think he may be selling his shortly too...I think it has 33,000 miles on it..anyone interested?...he'll probably sell it after February.

33k on a 99, damn - that's not much driving.

I put about 38k a year on them.

Sweet ride though, what a difference.
