91 freeway closures this weekend

During the night-time and early-morning hours of May 9-11, the 91 Freeway will be fully closed at Green River Road for construction work on the Green River Road Bridge. The 91 Express Lanes will be closed in conjunction with the 91 Freeway closures.

CLOSURE SCHEDULE:

WESTBOUND

All westbound SR-91 freeway lanes and the 91 Express Lanes will be closed during the following hours:

Westbound Closure: Friday, May 9 at 10:00 p.m.

Westbound Reopens: Saturday, May 10 at 8:00 a.m.

EASTBOUND

All eastbound SR-91 freeway lanes and 91 Express Lanes will be closed during the following hours:

Eastbound Closure: Saturday, May 10 at 11:00 p.m.

Eastbound Reopens: Sunday, May 11 at 9:00 a.m.

Got this a tad too late. I was coming home(Orange) from Bell Mountain near Apple Valley after getting lost several times in the darkness in those stupid, goofy roundabout trails. I get all the way down the 15 to the 91W. The first closure and detour sign I saw was WAYYYYYY after I passed the 60 at the 15/91 interchange. The detour is 71N to 60W to 57S. Talk about inconvenient!
