    customparts4less on E_Bay

How can I put this gentally.

    They

    SUCK the Big one

Back on 3-3-08 I purchased a dipstick for my Automactic I'm putting in my CJ7. I used the buy it now price. Paying with PayPal

    Guess What?

I still dont have the thing.

My easying going attude has gottin the best of me. I just read that I had 45 days to fill with Paypal for a dispute, and now E-bays Policy said I have up to 60 days. My Time is almost up. So I filed a dispute with E-Bay.

I have writing a number of E-mails to customparts4less and he keeps string me along, First it was his parts manager forgot to send the part, than his parts manager sent it some place? than his parts manager was going to do a parts drop to my place, He told me that the one that got lost in the mail was the last one. Than his part manager was going to refund my money. I said well how about sending me one of your cooling fans (cheaper by the way)Well that was over a week ago and nothing.

So I filled a dispute with E-Bay today because my time is running out.

Sometimes it doesnt pay to be nice.

Any suggestion on give a feed back?

Ps: I had to purchase a dipstick from this guy Manicini Racing

This usually gets a response from the seller. 1 week is all a seller should require to get you a tracking number unless other arrangements have been made. Anything more than that is bad business.

i think ebay has set it up now where you can leave a negative feedback, and they cant respond with negative if you met your burden. (making payment)

I always use my credit card for paypal. I had to cancel once because a product did not arrive, I just called the credit card company and "no problem we'll cancel payment". Paypal was not happy about it and told me they'd rather take care of problems but my reply was that's what my credit card is for. Paypal also threaten to cancel my account, they didn't of course. So the seller got off their ass and sent the products w/o payment then I sent a check, all to avoid a negative feedback.

But ebay has a special site for you hosers.

Actually, I didn't realize that PayPal converted to foreign currency. I may have to take a peek at the Canadian ebay a little more often now.

If I go back to Canada, I'm coming home with one of these.

                  UpDate

Well the fan came on wednesday, 59 days from date of winning bid. I filed a report with Ebay on Monday, Tuesday I recieved an Email from the guy saying he sent the fan on saturday. I have to at least say this time his tracking number said something.

Well can't wait to see his comment or my rating from him. Not that it matters to me, I'm a big spender on ebay 8 to date.

For others that are like me, (dont know shit about ebay) Don't wait to long. Paypal's policy is 45 days and ebays is 10 to 60 days to file.

I just to say thanks to all who replied to the tread, it help at a bunch.

Even if it's sellers from the US, isn't ebay.ca set up to take loonys and toonys and whatnot? I figured it would be a good way to get out of the export/import tax and customs and exchange rate and all that nonsense.
