Tell you what, for 1/4 of that price I will sell you my place......and it is less than 40 miles form the one in BevHills. What a deal.

that is quite a house!!

i live in LA and I can tell you that 50 million is pretty out of control for a house down here, even in bev hills!

although there are many that sell on the 10-20 million range, but that's getting pretty upper end. most will be in bev hills, bel-air, and the hollywood hills. that's pretty insane.

That just might be $50MIL worth of house though. Check out a really little city in OC called Newport Coast. $1MIL buys you a closet with a carport.

I got that house 3 years for 71.2 million but I didn't really like the wallpaper in the guest bathrooms. Also the garage wasen't tall enough to let me park the yj in it. So I decided to put it back on the market but with the cost of houses now I am not going to even try and make my money back. But tell ya what, I make it a special deal for MJR people only for 32 million and couple of highlift jacks to make the garage taller........Act now :wink:
