Sweet Rick . . . thanks bro! I've been trying to picture how I'd fit 5 33" tires and wheels in my TJ . . . I was always good at Tetris, but that would present one hell of a challenge!

take the top off, bring a set of ratchet straps, and get creative....you'd be surprised what you can fit in, on, or generally around your jeep

        03 TJ. It'll go 65mph...can't complain.

4 Wheel Parts is having a parking lot sale at the Compton Warehouse. We are moving next month, and they are blowing out old stock and dead inventory. LOTS of Jeep stuff, all between 10 over and 10 under cost.

Also, lots of tires and wheels, and they will be MOTIVATED to sell.

This is happening at the Compton warehouse ONLY. 801 W. Artesia BLVD

          Saturday 9 - 5
          Sunday 10 - 4

I just took a look at the list of stuff they want to sell, and it looks like they're putting almost $1 million in iventory out for sale.

If you're in So Cal, it's worth the trip out here.
          Are lifts in the sale?

That might work, but they'd better have a nice rear bumper/tire carrier with a hitch and a local Uhaul for that to work for me! Would be nice if they did as that along with just about everything else is on my list . . . Happy Hunting!

I just moved from the SFV otherwise I'd toss your stuff in my GMC for ya. Also, I have plenty of links for little-known fabricators who make great rear bumper/tire carrier combos. If you need 'em, let me know.

Or should I get my money back? I want to give them the benifit of doubt for now..any thoughts? So now the date of delivery is next Thrus.or Fri...I,m kinda bummed because I wanted to have it replaced for a run next week.I,m kinda concerned about offroading with that big crack in it ..worried I,ll stall in a bad spot..Geeb

I wonder if they'll have one at a discount tomorrow in Compton??? Maybe they couldn't find it cuz they're preparing everything for the big sale. Come on out . . . who knows you might get lucky and get a sweet deal! I'll be there in the morning, give me a call if you want me to check it out for you while I'm there.

                      What a BUMMER

So did anyone find any good deals at this thing? I went down there with a list a mile long and walked away empty handed. I couldn't even find a decent set of wheels to fit the Jeep . . . Plenty of 18"-20" wheels with the right bolt pattern, but not much of anything in a 15". And as far as tires . . . no MTRs, no BFGs, just ProComp and they weren't even dealing.

On a positive note: I didn't have to use my AK so apparently today was a good day!

I have wasted alot of time in my life and would say that 4 wheel parts did a good job today. The only thing I could find for a Jeep was the bikini tops....thats it. Was a huge waste of time. The stuff was mainly junk no one would buy or even consider buying. :thumbs_do

So anyways went to Genright and got some great deals instead. oil pan skid and Joe got a steering box skid.

                          4Wheel Parts Sale

Well, I agree with the previous posts. There was very little for Jeeps and you you really had to look. They had a box filled with stainless spare tire stops for CJs and they had various Warrior brand diamond plate accessories. I actually left there with the tailgate piece in black for $10 - the piece that sits between the two corner pieces.

There were really cheesy rear bumpers - nothing I'd ever put on a Jeep. They had a few sunrider and bikini tops but they were in GREY! Other than that, a large supply of wheels that no one wanted and free crappy hot dogs. The soda and water were good though.

Oh, and for those who went, how did you like those LAME floor mats? Gang banger delights - in fact that's the type of people who were snatchin' those up.

i have to say that i was happy to buy a bikini top for $10

also picked up a few other items in the store that i needed anyways, for a decent price.

i was actually not really expecting to find anything so i guess in the end i was happy finding a deal on some things i wanted/needed.
