Wanted to Borrow: Snow Chains

We dont usually need them, but we promised our foreign exchange student a trip to the snow before she leaves. (Shes never seen the snow before!)

The truck tires are 265/70/17. Anyone got a set hanging around that theyd be willing to lend us?

We are hoping to head up there this weekend.

i (think) have a pair of chains that fit 285-75-16. they may be a little big, but should fit OK. are chains required, or do you just need some to show if you're asked?
