Courses and test for ham radio

I tried to contact www.vvarc.org and site is down or closed. Are they still open? Does anyone have a number or another place/club that offer a class, and a test date up here in the high desert?

Get ahold of Robert Barton: emr.mgr@verizon.net. He is part of the City of Victorville's Emergency Volunteer Program.

He holds classes in the Victorville Fire Station at the fair grounds on Saturdays. Rick & Sarah went through his class and passed the first time.
