    Can anyone verify and/or add to this list:

    Ridgecrest
    146.640 MHz -, Translator, No PL, No squelch tail. Local coverage and north of Ridgecrest.
    145.340 MHz, -, PL 100.0 Hz, Wide Area coverage.
    147.000 MHz, +, PL107.2 Hz, Out of service at present due to required move (3/18/2002).
    Trona
    146.970 MHz -, No PL

    Headin' up that way in the near future.

    I've heard that cell phones work in that area, but that is OLD tech. Sorry

      I sent your list to a friend of mine that has lived in both places for over 20 years and is heavily into Ham radios. As soon as he gets back to me I will post his reply.
