They work very well. I relied on mine for an 1800 mile solo off road trek through Utah, and recently, we used one to help a motorcyclist on a remote trail east of Salton Sea who had fallen. The SPOT is a good investment in my experience.

nathan i was checking out your site looks great , but you might want to run thru celghorn again before you take your next group of nice looking landrovers , we had a H3 go thru with us and he scratched it up pretty good this trail has changed a little

Hmmm...sounds like a recon trip is needed!
