As for the drones, yes they are pretty easily assembled, disassembled. I was interviewed for a job out in the desert at General Atomics for a position with building those things. The guidance systems and weaponry are insane. The actual aircraft, not so high tech. A very simple engine and rigging.
On the other hand the vectoring exhaust on the fighter jets are INSANE.
