Well, I have gotten started in this Concert photography thing that I was talking about in the 7D thread.
Here are some photos from the last few shows I have had the opportunity to shoot.
This is most assuredly one of themost demanding environments I have ever taken photos in in many aspects. It is physically, and mentally demanding.
The photo pit is like a war zone. There are people in the crowd pushing into the barrier, band members all up in your face with the whipping of the mic. cables, bouncers and many trip hazards not to mention the other photogs vying for the best shot.
Well, here are a few of the shots I have taken in the past few weeks of shooting.
Feel free to criticize, and if you have some insight on how to create better photos in this incredibly difficult low light setting, fill me in.
For the majority of these shots, they are at Iso 1600-3600 F2.8 and an aperture of 60-120.
