The wife and I booted on in to condo valley. The goal was to reach Devils canyon western rim. It was a good day to do this cool and some breezes.

Just west inside the valley I came across an 1920 survey marker , San Diego - Imperial Valley border. The was actually 2 of them spaced out about 500 ft.

The wife pooched out just east of the marker. I continued on to the rim. It was a tough climb..but well worth it for the views.
