  • 3 link longarm mix

    I like making my own stuff. So today I thought about making some longarm's that also incorporate a 3rd link kind of deal. So the 3rd link, which resides on the top of the axle...and looks like a " Y ", will angle down to meet the lower longarms. The whole idea is to maximize articulation, clearance and aslo to be able to eliminate the track bar.

    Any other ideas/suggestions are much appreciated and welcomed.

    Check out Rock Krawler s long arm suspension. I put it on my Comanche. There is so much travle , its unreal. And preaty simple.

        New lift kit

        So, I figured out that my 3 link L/A won't work like I planned... So, today i just went to the local off-road shop and picked me up a Rubicon Express 4.5" kit. Woo Hoo! I'm so excited. I'll post some before/after pics when I'm done.

          It bounces off rox preaty good too. lol A little more weight helps too. Cant hurt it. :wink:
