  • Spacers or no Spacers?

I have a 3" short arm lift. Would you recommend 1" spacers? Pros cons? Thanks

yeah should be fine to get a little extra boost just remember buy using the spacer your axle gets moved back because of the higher angle now created for the arms... but 1" shouldnt hurt anything I run 3/4" on my XJ and know TONS of people that run them. Just dont get into the 4WPs like 6" spacers and youll be fine.. LOL

Depends on what you are trying to do.

Putting a belly up skid on - Yes
      Running 35's - Yes
      Running 33's - Not needed

I put LJ springs in the back of the jeep because of the weight I carry to help it not look like it squatted all the time, and because of that I had to add 1/2 spacers in the front.
What I am trying to say is spacers are fine if you are trying to balance a lift, just do not use them as a lift.
once you have the thing balanced you can use adjustable control arms to reset the wheelbase
        censored for having an opinion
