  • JKS Disconnects

Since lifting my CJ back in March, I've been running with no sway bar connected. Couple weekends ago I was driving the freeway in high winds and a lot of gear (going camping). White knuckle ride!

Anyhow, I ordered the JKS disconnects and installed them today. In order to get the lynch pin in on the passengers side, I had to jack up the axle, because the disconnects were a good 1" apart.

Will things "straighten out" after being installed for a while?

    Thanks

    cant say for sure

on my YJ I some times have to bring one side or the other closer to get the pin in and it get's worse if the rig is off camber.

They should just slide right in. I have had really good luck with mine. I have only once had to move the Jeep to get one side in. If they are adjusted right they will slide right in.
