  • Spring overcompression

I know this question may have a lot of answers, but how far is too far of overcompressing springs? I am going to add some bumpstops hopefully this weekend and wanted to make sure I know what I am looking at.

I think my main goal is to prevent tire rub on the fenders, but at the same time I want to make sure I do not overcompress the springs.

    I have 4" Procomp Springs and 33x12.5x15

The spring should have no effect on how long your bumpstops are. Take the springs out, cycle the suspension, measure and then add your bump stops.
