lift kit for TJ

Planning to buy a lift kit from this site— http://4wheelonline.com/LiftKits.13 and I'm just wondering what would the best kit for my 04 TJ. I already have a 1.5 body lift and want to install 2.5-3 inches of suspension lift and my options are Skyjacker, OME and ProComp. Any thoughts about these brands? I don't want a long arm system since they are difficult to install and expensive. Thanks..

The OME stuff rides very nice, but is pricey for what you get, I would look into Savvy/Currie stuff. Works well and holds up well.
All depends on what you plan on doing with your Jeep

I have been quite happy with my Currie/Savvy setup, I pieced it together over time, instead of dropping it all on at once. Started with the steering, then control arms, anti-rock, then track bars, then springs and shocks. It works quite well, and is plenty strong. I don't think I'd do it any different if I started over again.

If you still reside in Florida, Ome and a flatbelly would be a better option, not much lift needed, but it's nice to get rid of the mud catching scraper blade underneath the Jeep

They are not called Skycrapper and ProCrap for no reason. Of your choices, go with the OME. I'm also partial to Currie, but I don't think I've ever read any negatives on the OME stuff (other than price.)

I have an OME lift and I am very happy with it, BUT it does not come with an adjustable front track bar, so I got a Currie adj front track bar, too. And then later, I got an adjustable Currie rear track bar.

Well take this a glowing recommendation for the OME stuff cuz Russ' Jeep is a beast on the trails. very capable. Of course it's all due to Ziggy's co-piloting skills

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I read some online reviews regarding the OME and looks like it is a decent lift kit. Now I know what to get-- it's pricey but I can be sure of the performance and longevity.
