YJ: rs9000 rancho shocks rebuild?

Are these throwaway or can you rebuild them? I have a set that sat on the shelf for about 6mo and are not rebounding at all! I am going to pitch them unless there is a way to salvage them. thanks for any input.

The Rancho 9000's aren't rebuildable as far as I know, but they do come with a lifetime guarantee. If you have the reciept they will replace them for free.
