  • Coilovers-A brave new world

I finally figured out how to take some of that squirrellyness in that old Fabtech Crawler kit. I was hoping that I would not have to scrap the entire system, so we decided to use the long arms with the Genright coilover kit with King 2x14 shocks.

I wanted to improve stability, handling and increase flex. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!!! Here are some photos showing off the new flex

    Lookin good Joe!
Are you gonna make it to TDS?
An XJ will always cost you less then any girl ever will, and you will always know when the spark is gone.

            Joe,

Money well spent for actual off-road improvement! Awesome flex. It will benefit you well on the trail.

Looks great! Good flex. What axles are you running 44's 0r 60's?

Do you have any up close pictures of the shock mounts etc?

I can't afford 60's so for now I think I am going to brace and put coil overs on my 44's when I stretch it. I am running the Full Traction 6" long Arm kit.

Any info you have would be great.

Here is what my Jeep looks like now.

I don't know if I want to give them any more of my business. I'm not real happy with there products or customer service. The upper control arm bushing I have had to replace 3 times in one year and the spring are starting to sag on the right side. The new stretch kit still uses crappy bushings.

If I can afford it I will go with the Gen-Right 4 link.

Are you and Fred going to Calico the 26th-27th.

Full Traction springs will sag, I went with Rubicon Express springs way better.
