this post is amazing!! living in alberta its all about mud! ive never seem what my YJ has for flex. never even thought about it. but the part that amazes me the most is the shots where both front tires are aff the ground, one supporting all the weight. just dont deal with stuff like that on my trail rides. but im the same breath how would most of you do in 5 feet of mud and water for 500 yards??
Giffer, thats the way I felt when I moved Here from Ore.It's sooo dif from what I grew up with.4wheel'n is a grow'n exper.and I wish everyone could get a little taste of everything.I started on skid trails and sand dunes in North Bend.So I guess I'm 1 of the lucky 1's.Wish you could run down here as much as I want to run up there!Stay good and and send us sand suckers some mud pic's

Its as much fun getting dirty as it is being dirty in a Jeep!
My 88' YJ would do just fine cause I'd go around it! I've learned what pain it is to clean up afterwards, plus still no top or doors in sunny High Desert California so the mud tends to come inside also. Haaa.

Chris - I just saw your other post - 3 days to get unstuck? Thats the other reason I go around the mud hole!
