  • Got the sag... new shock recommendations

So I got the sag... looking at getting new shocks but don't know what to get. Right now I've got 4" lift and ProComp Explorers (dont know the series) and the ride is great, smooth on and off the highway. Looking to keep a similar ride.

What do you recommend? I have heard a lot about the Blistein 5100's...?

    Oh yeah... 2001 TJ.

Bah I'm dumb... springs are what I want in this case right? Any recommendations there?

there are 2 ways you can go spring spacers or new springs. Spring spacers is the cheapest way to solve your sagging problem

Yes, shocks wont do anything for your "sagging" problem. Im assuming its a minimal sag so you shouldnt have any problems with throwing a 3/4" spacer up there to solve that.

If you do want to move from a Procomp shock to a Bilstein your ride will improve dramatically. Their 5100 series is a great shock for your application.
