    Lube?

    So I bought a press to press my new control arm bushings into my
    control arms, I remember you guys said use LOTS of lube on the STEEL CASING around the rubber and inside the control arm.... What is
    the best kind?? Bearing grease, W-d40, Tri-flow, 3 in 1, silicone, lithium ????

    lots and lots of K Y hahah no but for real i always use white lithum grease on my poly bushings but i imagne any grease would work fine

      Wheel bearing grease worked fine for me. (for lubing the bushings or course)
