no. the b-pillar floor mounts are different.I can break a steel ball in a rubber room.

Get a sport-bar out of a 92-95 YJ Wrangler and you will get the "newer style" rear coverage. It will bolt right in with the exception of just two bolts for the bottom plates. You could drill holes in the sport-bar mounting plates to utilize ALL bolts but it doesn't really matter where they are at (You'll see when you put one in). I had an 89 Islander that I used the 92 sport-bar in and it fit just great. In fact everything fit like it was supposed to and looks great. I used almost everything off the 92 Sahara and converted my 89 Islander from a 4.2L carburetor to HO 4.0L EFI power, A/C, Automagic and electronic dash. Everything is smog legal for CA and no more cranky carburetor in winter cold starts or high angle off-roading!
