A YJ t-case doesn't disconnect the front and rear driveshaft in Neutral like you'd expect it to. The mechanical locker causes the tires to scrub when turning when flat towed.
The 3 fixes are to pull the driveshaft, put a 2LO kit in the t-case, or put locking hubs in the front.

John, why would you need to remove the front driveshaft, if the transfer case is already in neutral. Is there something that I don't know about??

Unless you have a mechanical front locker. Then you need to pull the front driveshaft

    Towing a YJ

    Anything special?

    What are the steps???

I will be dragging it behind my F-250.

Is there a connector available to tap into the YJ's taillights?
Working...
